The
following quotations are taken from our letters of recommendation from
some of our recent Certified Hood and Duct Cleaners and some of the restaurants that we service.
"My name is Gregory Clark. We met for the first time
when in October, 2010, I came to be trained as a hood cleaner at
www.hoodcleaningschool.com in Tennessee. I was working as an
auto mechanic at the time and had been working as one for about 20
years. Due to the economic downturn I knew I needed a change. I am
still certified as a master technician, but I don’t turn wrenches
anymore, thanks to the Lord and His leading me to your school.
I always wanted to start my own business but had no idea what
business to start. I thought about the automotive industry, but with
the EPA, OSHA, equipment costs, and waste removal requirements I
didn’t see that as a possibility. I bounced some other ideas around
and discussed them with my wife. I prayed and pleaded with the Lord
to help me discover something. Then I met your brother, Joe. He
overheard me discussing my struggle to make ends meet and suggested
I call you. That call has changed my life! When I discussed the
opportunity with my wife, she was interested and thought I could
make a success of this business. Why? All of the necessary pieces
that make a business a success are included in the training. She and
I agreed there was NOTHING missing. We prayed some more and looked
into the possibility. We could do it, but it would mean sinking
everything into it.
It isn’t hard to tell what decision we made. I began my business in
November, 2010, and now here in April, 2011, I am in a position that
I cannot take on any more work. That’s right, in less than six
months I have a successful business. Praise the Lord! He has
blessed! This business is perfect for those who need to set aside
certain days for worship and family. I have NO Sabbath issues and I
spend many daylight hours with my wife and children. I can pick the
days off I require or want. I also know that if I need to find more
clients there wouldn’t be any shortage because the Lord has blessed
my work and work ethic.
Give Roger or Russell a call and talk with them. They are
professional and are very good at what they do. Get some
information. If you are reading this, you are considering the
opportunity. Pray and look into it. This may be the answer you have
been looking for. It was for me."

"My husband and I have been marketing now for 3
weeks. We started 2 days after we got back from TN. We printed up a
bunch of flyers that came in our master documents manual in bright
orange and lime green. We always make sure to ask for the person in
charge. We have landed 99% of the companies we have talked to in
person. We have also dropped off flyers when the restaurant is busy
or the person in charge in not available and have received call
backs right away. I am proud to say that business, in booming. In 3
weeks we have landed 15 accounts. We even landed a Hilton the other
day (that is a great reference). We have done 5 jobs so far and have
2 more scheduled this week. If this keeps up we will have to hire
more people soon. Of all the people I have talked to, only 5 were
dedicated to the competition no matter how much of a discount I
offer. Business is great and very happy I tried this.. Although
people look at me in shock when I do work. I guess they are not used
to seeing a girl do this kind of work....lol."

"I want to thanks you for the training and support
you gave me and my son. This training has afforded us the
opportunity to create and grow a business that is in great demand in
our area. We took the training the first week in August 2010, and
due to the excellent instructions and guidance from Roger we were
able to come home and immediately start cleaning restaurants. I am
writing this letter on September 15, 2010, and to date has completed
8 jobs and have several scheduled in the near future.
I researched other schools before choosing Hood
Cleaning School and I must say I am glad I chose this program. I am
an Educator and use the hands-on method of training my students;
this was one of the factors along with the small class sizes that
influenced my decision. Training in a real operating restaurant
allowed us to experience firsthand the different configurations of
hoods and duct systems, and the level of cleaning needed. Rogers’s
instructions were always on the money and I must say we have
benefited from his expertise.
Thanks again Roger and Rusty for all of your help
and for treating us like family during our stay, and for your
continued support.
We took advantage of the Marketing plan and I must
say that was also a wise choice. The future looks bright, I may have
to accelerate my retirement plans and order another equipment
package before I planned to."

"Things I was most impressed with :
Hands on training : We did 6 jobs and were lucky enough to run into
a few problems , this allowed me to see how some of the " real life
" issues were handled , something I don't think you would get out of
a traditional class room type setting. I was already very
comfortable with the administrative portion of the business but
Roger's method of keeping books makes it pretty idiot proof so long
as you are disciplined enough to follow the methods he shows.
Equipment : The tools and equipment they used , mainly the power
washer are designed explicitly for doing hood and duct cleaning,
sold by the man who made the machine with a card and the offer to
call anytime I need something made me feel very comfortable with the
purchase.
Equipment training : Short class by the company who builds the power
washer and then another brief consult filled with tips after the
portion itself.
Instruction before testing: The instruction before testing was made
very easy to understand with all material that was relevant
highlighted , I felt very catered to and well taken care of. By the
time I was finished I knew enough to know that I don't know nearly
enough to call myself an expert. But I know enough to feel that the
only things left to be learned will be learned in the field."

"Thanks for making my training time in Tennessee so very productive and
enjoyable. Everyone treated me like family and I feel I have a solid
support system behind me now. I learned so very much from Roger on how to
run and operate this business. It is so much different than the other
schools and franchise businesses that I researched.
As you know, I have started and managed large businesses in the past.
After my lay off I had to do some serious soul searching, praying and
just plain old fashioned research on what looked like wise business
opportunities. I found this to be a solid business with minimal entry
expense and a relatively quick return on my investment.
I had contacted students of other schools and while their education
seemed sufficient in the methods and procedures to clean hoods--- they
didn’t teach or help in marketing, accounting and generally running your
business. If they wished to be in this business, they really needed a
much more rounded education and support system to get them on their way
to success. I found such an education at your school.
I learned one thing very early in my business experience of twenty plus
years ---- you must know how to properly market your product or you will
fail! Granted there are lots of other fundamentals that are absolutely
necessary to succeed as well. I feel that with the training, the
manuals, the marketing support and the shared information between
graduates ----- all I have to do is exactly what I was told to do and it
will undoubtedly progress into a profitable and fulfilling business that
me and my family can grow.
In six months you can expect a follow up a letter from me on the
progress of my business. Right now I’m feeling real good about where I’m
going and I’m rolling up my sleeves to get to work. God bless you all
and thanks again."

"I was very happy with
the training I received at Hood Cleaning School. Roger's one on one
training was top notch. He knows what you need and don't need in this
business and will save you at least 10 years of learning from your
mistakes. The trailer and the deluxe equipment package I purchased were
all in excellent working order and exactly what you need to start
cleaning restaurants. Rusty and Anne-Marie do a great job creating your
master documents manual and they will have it ready for you to use on
your own computer. I chose to do the marketing plan and am very happy I
did. After only two weeks I have gotten five leads...enough to pay for
the marketing plan and then some, and I still have two and a half months
to go. Overall it is the perfect business and starting with Advanced is
the right first step."

"Thank you for this
opportunity that you have given my family. Business is looking
good. There are many interests in our hood cleaning service.
I have bid on about 20 jobs, completed 2, and have 3 scheduled in the
next few weeks. I will be hearing from the owner of the Waffle
House about his other 4 restaurants either today or tomorrow. All
of this in my first week of operation. None of this would have
been made possible without the training and support that I have received
from you and Rusty. Thanks again and God bless." -- (Note: Josh did get the other Waffle
Houses)

"Your web site and business opportunity
look outstanding to me. I ran my own exhaust and duct cleaning business
for over ten years beginning in 1980. I had contracts with over 80
restaurants. I did well just stumbling along by myself. With your system
I would think there is a lot of great opportunity out there. I know of
more than one restaurants that had a very difficult time finding anyone
to replace me. When someone finally did bid, they had no competition for
years and years. The only drawback was the hours, since late evenings
and nights are required for the workers. Besides the hours, I agree that
you have the perfect business. Congratulations on developing a great
looking web site and business opportunity!"

"I would like to take a moment of your
time to tell you how much my family and I appreciates all the
opportunities you have decided to share with me. First, I would
like to thank you for the level of professionalism, pride, and
friendship you gave me during my week of training. I would also
like to thank you for your continuous support in helping my company
become successful.
I would also like to thank you and your
family for the hospitality as well as Russell Clark and wife for the
superb job on the master documents, and for the continuous follow up.
I live in the Savannah, GA area and have
been doing the hood cleaning business for three weeks now. I have
already successfully cleaned five restaurants and I currently have ten
more scheduled to be done.
As a Seventh Day Adventist, I know that the
lord has blessed me with the opportunity to own my own business, and to
observe my beliefs. I know that he is by my side all the way."

"We
are very happy with the results of our business.Roger was very helpful in giving us the ins and outs of the hood
cleaning business.Training on
the job is priceless.His
techniques are very efficient and the restaurant owners and managers are
very pleased with the results.The
marketing techniques that Russell uses really work.It was great having him work at giving our business a jumpstart.Over all I would say that this business is the best investment we
have ever made.It just keeps
paying for itself over and over."
"Roger did an excellent job training
me. He taught me everything I needed to start a full time
business cleaning commercial kitchen exhaust systems. He has
also continued to give support when a situation or a question arises
that I can not answer."
"I attended the Hood Cleaning
school. When I arrived, I had no knowledge of how to clean and
maintain the hood, duct and fan system in a restaurant. After just
5 days of training I was able to return home to South Carolina ready to
begin establishing my own business. The training was intense and
well balanced. I received on the job training at several different
types of establishments as well as extensive classroom training.
Marketing was also well covered. I recommend this training to
anyone who is interested in getting into the hood cleaning business."
"Now that I have had a chance to service my first account today, it
is my pleasure to write this letter expressing my satisfaction with you
and Hood Cleaning School. I cannot say enough good things
about the quality of information, training and support, which was
provided, by you and your dedicated staff. I found the on site
training especially appropriate as it gave me the confidence I needed to
precede with this venture. The information your staff and website
gave to me prior to making this decision was a big help. I found
the market research you suggested I do was 'right on the money,' I would
recommend that anyone interested in this opportunity do this market
analysis first. Additionally, I appreciated the fact that you
customized my training to focus on the areas, which I needed to
concentrate my training most. The time spent traveling with you to
the jobs was a valuable resource as well, it felt like a rolling
classroom! I also value the follow-up support you and your staff
provide, I know I can count on you for help and information in the
future. Please tell everyone involved, how much I appreciate their
assistance and I look forward to a long and prosperous career thanks to
you and your staff.
I have had a personal goal set for myself for a many
years of becoming a private pilot. Well this past Jan., I
started to realize that dream by taking flying lessons and I love
it. I am flying at least once a week and I'm ready to solo
in the next week and can't wait. It is a lot of work both in
the air and in the flight school but it really gives me a sense of
accomplishment and I hope to have my license by the end of July.
The business has not only given me the money but also the
flexibility of time to realize this goal and for that I am truly
very grateful. So next year I hope to fly myself to the
weekend get together!"
"I recently completed my training with Hood Cleaning
School and couldn't be more pleased with the results. Roger
definitely knows his business well and that comes across loud and
clear in his training. He teaches everything one needs to know
about this business, and then some. Everything is covered in
his training, including marketing and sales and even basic
bookkeeping. Being able to go out and clean actual restaurants
is a big plus. There's nothing like on the job training to
teach you something. Roger's techniques are very efficient and
when I am finished cleaning a restaurant, the manager is very
pleased with the results. Ongoing support is very important to
me and it is obvious that everyone at Hood Cleaning School really
does care about my success. I highly recommend Hood Cleaning
School to others who might want to start their own profitable
business. I am so glad I took this step."
"We
have contracted with Degrease Hood and Duct Service and Roger Gonzalez
to clean 45 of our Wendy's Restaurants. Overall, we feel
that Mr. Gonzalez has performed exceptionally well and has been very
efficient in his cleaning procedures. We were also impressed with
his conscientiousness in advising us of potential maintenance problems
at each restaurant."
David J. McDaniel
Senior
Vice-President of Southern Hospitality Corporation
"I would just like to take the time to say thank you for the
extensive and thorough job that Mr. Roger Gonzalez performed on our hood
and duct system. Roger performed the job to an exacting degree,
from our initial phone conversation, to meeting with myself the day
before our first service to walk through our system, and taking the time
to go over the details before, during and after the job was
completed--going over what he had done and was going to do. After
cleaning was completed we did an extensive check together to make sure
all was done to satisfaction with our agreed upon contract. We, at
the Hard Rock Cafe, are pleased to have found a local company
that can do the job for us. Roger had also taken the time to
cover/protect areas he was cleaning around, which our staff neglected to
do. Roger went above and beyond what I have been accustomed to in
my twelve years of working in the restaurant industry. Once,
again, I would just like to say thank you for a job well done!"
